Richard Bowen Tyer

Richard "Rick" Tyer, 61, of Lillington, NC, passed away on Sunday, October 7, 2018 in his residence.

He is survived by his wife, Connie; a daughter, Melissa Meadows and husband, Chris of Eden, NC; mother, Erma Tyer; three brothers, George Edward Tyer and wife, Charlene, of MS; Mitchell Owen and wife, Melinda of Angier, NC; and John Taylor Tyer of Petersburg, VA; a sister, Gladys Jean & fiance, Bill MacDonald; step-children, Christy Wicker and Robert Matthews; and a whole host of nieces and nephews.

A visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Adcock Funeral Home in Spring Lake.
