Patricia Paul

Patricia Paul, a cherished wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed away peacefully on August 17, 2024, at the age of 82 in her home. Pat was born on May 10, 1942, in Dunn NC to the late John R. Smith and Nettie Smith. She was the devoted wife of Robert Lee Paul with whom she shared a beautiful 59-year-long marriage beginning on October 9, 1965, in Erwin, NC. Pat was known for her unwavering kindness, vibrant spirit and her incredible ability to make everyone feel loved and welcomed. She spent her life nurturing her family and always putting others before herself. Her home was a haven of warmth and love, where family gatherings were filled with laughter, dancing, and the wonderful stories she loved to share.

Pat is preceded in death by her parents; John R. Smith and Nettie Smith, daughter; Tonya Stewart, sisters; Margaret Eloise Brinker, Rosalene Landes Metzger, Shirley Butler, and brother; John R. Smith Jr.

Pat is survived by her husband; Robert Lee Paul, sister; Peggie Smith Stewart of Benson, grandsons; Daniel Boliaris and Brian Boliaris, granddaughter; Lisa Boliaris and six great-grandchildren; Kaylee Burlingame, Jace Boliaris, Jacob Bishop, Carter Morse, Evaina Boliaris and Aubrianna Boliaris.

A celebration of life will be held on August 28, 2024, at 1:00 pm at Adcock Funeral Home & Crematory, 2226 Lillington Highway, Spring Lake, NC, 28390 with a service to follow at 2:00 pm at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, 400 Murchison Road, Spring Lake, North Carolina 28390. Pat will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Her legacy of love, compassion, and generosity will forever remain in our hearts.
