Kathy Goins Lamar Obituary (1958 - 2018) - Spring Lake, North Carolina

Kathy Ellen Goins Lamar, 60, of Smithfield passed away Sunday, October 28, 2018, at Laurels of Forest Glen Nursing Facility in Garner, N.C. She is preceded in death by her parents, Stanley E. Goins and Juanita Parker Goins and brother James Steve Knight. A graveside funeral service and interment will be held Thursday, November 1, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at Riverview Memorial Gardens with Rev. Bill Altman officiating. A visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday from 3:00 to 3:45 p.m. at Adcock Funeral Home in Spring Lake.
