Kaoru Y. Karjanis Obituary (1926 - 2017)

Ms. Kaoru Y. Karjanis, 90, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 14, 2017, in Raleigh, NC surrounded by loving family. She is preceded in death by her husband, William Peter Karjanis, in 1977. She will be laid to rest by her loving husband, William Peter Karjanis. A graveside funeral and interment will be held on Saturday, July 1, 2017, at 10:00 AM in Riverview Memorial Gardens in Spring Lake. Surviving are daughters: Eri Lewan and husband, Luke Lewan; Kim Thacker and husband, Allan; and Leslie Karjanis; a son, Pete Karjanis and wife, Connie. She is also survived by six grandchildren: Matthew Thacker, Kimberly Thacker Ennis; Brad Tidwell; Lindsey Godwin; Petra Karjanis and Shane Karjanis; and two great-grandchildren, Zach and Jasmine Karjanis.
