John McLamb Obituary (1957 - 2021)

Dennis John McLamb, 64, of Linden passed away at Central Harnett Hospital on December 13, 2021. John was born on May 31, 1957 in Portland, Oregon to Florence Doll McLamb and the late Dewey Earl McLamb. He is preceded in death by his brothers Tim McLamb and Joe McLamb. Besides his mother, John is survived by his sisters, LaDean Hair of Carolina Beach, Kelly Raikes and her husband Richard of Anderson Creek, and Robin Morris and her husband Mike of Sunset Harbor; brother, Troy McLamb and his wife Mandy of Spring Lake; as well as many nieces and nephews. John spent his life working with his hands. He was an excellent carpenter, artist and an intricate wood-worker. Above all, he was a loving son and brother, and will be missed. There will be a graveside service honoring John's life at McLamb-Hair Cemetery on Sunday, December 19, 2021 at 2:00PM with Pastor Gary Bufkin officiating. Services entrusted to Adcock Funeral Home and Crematory.
