Harold Steven "Steve" Russell Smith Obituary (1965 - 2018)

Harold Steven Russell Smith, 53, was born on February 21, 1965 in Adrianne, Michigan. Steve passed away in the morning on June 21, 2018, from complications of Pulmonary Sarcomatiod Carcinoma Cancer. Steve was a wonderful father to many. He did not believe family was limited by blood relation and he cared for all who walked through his door. This wonderful oversized teddy bear of a man, left behind a loving wife of 29 years, Debbie Smith; 4 sons: Anthony Budd, Nathan Budd, Brandon Smith, and Kyle Budd; daughter-in-law, Charlie Budd; sister, Ethel; mother-in-law, Connie Budd; fathers-in-law, Charles Budd, and Robert Garrett; sister-in-law, Heather Losee; brothers-in-law, Troy Losee, David Budd, and Bobby Garrett; nieces, Faith, Gracie, Katie, Jackie, Jessica, Amelia, and nephew, Justin; grand 'kids': Dante, Aiden, Lachlan... and an extensive extended family network of friends, neighbors and coworkers. Steve is preceded in death by his parents, Joanne Fischer and Stanley Smith, along with his grandmother who raised him, Ethel Gorczca, A graveside funeral service and interment with military honors will be held on Tuesday, June 26, 2018, at 2:00 PM at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery on Fort Bragg, NC.
