Edwards Holloway Obituary (1940 - 2018) - Spring Lake, North Carolina

Edwards "Ed" Holloway, Sr., 77, of Spring Lake, passed away on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at Duke Medical Center in Durham, NC. Ed was a US Army veteran. After his military service, he worked for twenty six years an engineer with AT&T. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and Pa Pa to his granddaughter, Erin. Ed was a long time member of New Hope Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and Sunday school teacher. He is survived by his wife, Joyce Holloway of Spring Lake; a son, Ed Holloway and wife, Linda of Raleigh, NC; and a granddaughter, Erin. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 11:00 a. m. at New Hope Baptist Church in Spring Lake with interment to immediately follow in the church cemetery.
