Doris Lee Barnes Chisum Obituary (1952 - 2021)

Doris Barnes Chisum, 68, passed away in her family home on Saturday, May 1, 2021. Doris was a very kind, free-spirited woman who never met a stranger. She enjoyed spending most of her time gardening and had a huge heart for her furry friends. Doris was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Chisum; her parents, Nina and Festus Barnes; her son, Donovan Chisum; her granddaughter, Asya Bryant; and her brothers, Bill and Ronald Barnes. She is survived by her son, Benjamin Chisum; her grandchildren, Tori Hughes and Santana Chisum; her sisters, Minnie Madrid, Dora Tidwell, and Iris Barnes Roberts; and her brother, Donald Barnes. A visitation will be held in Doris' honor on Friday, May 7, 2021 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at Adcock Funeral Home.
