Dil Carrol Selph

Retired Army Sergeant First Class Dil Carrol Selph, 91, passed away on Saturday, March 31, 2018 in the NC State Veterans Nursing Home in Fayetteville. He was a World War Veteran II and served in the 101st Airborne Division.

Mr. Selph is preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Selph; sons, Jerry Selph and Berry Michael Selph; and grandchildren, Bridget Selph and Julie Selph.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 4, 2018 at 11:00 AM in the Chapel of Adcock Funeral Home. Interment will follow in LaFayette Memorial Park. A visitation for family and friends will be held on Tuesday, April 3, 2018, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Adcock Funeral Home.

Surviving are his children, Carrolyn Thompson; Phyllis Anderson; Patricia Joyce; and Leslie Selph; grandchildren, Christy Kenny, Jamie Anderson, Chad Anderson, Jerry Selph, Jr., Jeffrey Joyce, Jennifer Joyce, Krista Smith, Christopher Selph, Deanna Selph and many great-grandchildren.
