Dean C. Spraggins, 72, an honored Army veteran, passed away comfortably in his sleep at his residence in Cameron, NC on Friday, August 30, 2019. He is survived by siblings, Fran Conlan, Jake Spraggins, Julie Brandt; his children, Jared Spraggins, Jason Spraggins, and Jessica Erickson; and eleven grandchildren. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 12, 2019, at 11:00 AM in the chapel of Adcock Funeral Home. Interment with military honors will immediately follow in Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery on Fort Bragg, NC.
