Charles Lindsey Johnson, Jr.

Charles Lindsey Johnson Jr. "Jay", 43, of Columbia, South Carolina, formerly of Spring Lake, passed away on August 12, 2017.

SFC (Ret.) Johnson served in the United States Army for 24 years. He is survived by his wife, Tamica Johnson; two-year-old daughter, Amaya Johnson; mother and father, Rita and Charles Johnson; grandmother, Evelyn Cox; sister, Rochelle Corona and brother-in-law, Francisco Corona; and sister, Michelle Bush and brother-in-law, Eric Bush. He is also survived by three nephews and one niece.

Funeral services will be held at Adcock Funeral Home, 2226 Lillington Highway, Spring Lake, NC 28390 on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 12:30 pm. Interment with the rendering of military honors will immediately follow at 2:00 pm at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery, 8220 Bragg Blvd., Fort Bragg, North Carolina 28310.
